Aaron likes to bring together science and hard training to help you achieve your goal. With 15+ years experience and helping 100's of clients achieve goals ranging from weight loss to muscle gain, Aaron can help you achieve some positive change.


Garry knows how to get you strong and will help you with your body composition goals whether it's to get lean or increase mass. Garry truly loves his job and is dedicated to providing every member with the best experience in every single session.

What kind of training do you offer?

At The Strong Zone, you can expect to build some real strength through smart programming and of course, some heavy lifting (where appropriate). We also offer some cardiovascular activities to promote aerobic health which goes a long way to a more enjoyable and healthy life (basically cardio is good for you even if it sucks in the moment). We will be applying a very fine balance of the two with a bigger focus on strength Monday through to Friday and the bigger of the cardio based sessions on the Saturday.
